This week during Literacy we have been reading We're Going on a Bear Hunt. We sequenced the story on the Interactive Whiteboard and did some Shared Writing with Mrs McPherson where we created a story map showing what happened. It's very clever as it uses lots of pictures. We then created our own story maps and even went on a Bear Hunt outside.
The bears had been invited to a picnic but they were all lost! We had to listen to the description that each clue gave and then find the missing bear. This really made our visual and auditory memory skills work hard!
