Today we explored things that make us happy. Our suggestions were really insightful, from cuddles with our teddies, to eating ice cream and going to the toy shop!
We talked about how when we feel happy, we are calm and settled and introduced our school Calm Plan and Zones of Regulation.
We did a happy dance and enjoyed looking at what our faces are like when we are happy!
