Today we looked at the artist Peter Thorpe. He has painted many space scenes and rockets in an abstract way. We first drew and painted a rocket. Afterwards we had an A3 piece of black card and created our space background using many paint colours, sponges, brushes, cylinders etc. our rickets were then cut out and stuck onto our backgrounds. They all look amazing.
