As part of our Celebrations topic we explored the Eid al-Fitr festival. During this festival friendship bracelets are exchanged. We were given a problem to solve when we were making our Rakhi bracelets. We each had to count out 3 blue, 3 green and 3 red balls of tissue paper. We used them to decorate our bracelets BUT we couldn't have 2 balls of the same colour beside each other. This made us use our observational and pattern making skills to solve this friendly problem!
