All of our P2 classes enjoyed a walk to Belmont Park. We were looking out for signs of Autumn. In The World Around Us we have been observing seasonal changes and during Literacy we have been writing facts that we know about Autumn. On our walk we saw leaves of many different colours. When we returned to school we used our Leaf I.D. cards to identify them. We learned that some leaves came from birch and sycamore trees. We also collected acorns, pine cones, berries and counted 44 dogs along the way!
