This week, Sean from DU Dance came to school to work with some of the P2 children who were chosen at random to take part. He did a warm up with us, then we practised dancing to the beat in steps of 8. We then worked with a partner and pretended there was a mirror in the middle. We copied each other’s movements and then tried to do it in slow motion. Sean then taught us part of a routine for the dance that we will be performing for the festival. We are so excited to learn the full dance and show everyone!
