In P2, our new topic is Julia Donaldson. We are learning all about her life and the lovely stories she wrote. In Play Based Learning, we dressed up as different characters from her stories and retold them, we made a forest for The Gruffalo in the sand area and we designed ‘Wanted’ posters for some of the characters in her stories. We also played The Gruffalo puzzles app on the IPad, we painted a picture of a character on the computers and put on a puppet show of The Gruffalo for other children to watch. It was great fun!
