Today the children carried out a Science Investigation. We learnt about lots of structures from different places in the world. Our first challenge was to create our own structures using only 10 toothpicks and 5 sweets. We then tried a second challenge where we used lots of sweets and toothpicks to make a chimney for Santa to climb down. It was great fun and the children worked so well with their partners. Hopefully we will have some future engineers from Belmont!!!
