This week is children’s mental health week. We had a lovely visit from Leanne from mini mind explorers who taught us all about mindfulness. We did breathing, relaxing dough work and learnt how to ‘ground’ ourselves (take a break!). We will be doing lots of lovely activities this week with the focus on the theme ‘my voice matters’.
