Santa is stuck with his sack of presents, a naughty elf and a lost boy.
He needs to get across the river to his sleigh.
There is a boat that Santa can use to get to it but only he can fit in the boat and one other person/object.
The naughty elf can’t be left alone with the sack of presents because he likes to swap all the labels.
The little boy can’t be left with the sack either as he will open all the presents up.
