What a super pet day we had in P2.
We started off with a visit from the Earlswood Vet who told us all about her job, the different animals she looks after and how she has to operate on some pets to make them better. Some of the children got to dress up as a veterinary surgeon and bandage a cats sore leg.
Back in our classrooms we met a few different pets. Sophies Dad brought in their pet rabbit Emily. Harrison brought in his 2 pet snails Tiny and Shiny. Evie from another P2 class brought in her 4 pet shrimps. Graces Mummy and her little brother Toby brought in their pet rabbit Speedy. Mrs McPherson brought in her pet hamster Penny.
After all that excitement we even had time to create a pet graph by choosing our favourite pets.
