P2 had lots of fun this afternoon exploring Maths through practical activities. They built a 2-D shape train and made it move along the track, some built a wall of 5 using cuisenaire, they worked hard at pairing socks and shoes, explored shape and number using ICT, and used counters to cover the area of a hedgehog or an owl. The children were delighted to see blue-bot drawing pictures too! Brilliant mathematical thinking children - well done!
