We learnt about a lovely celebration today called Raksha Bandhan. This is a celebration of brothers, sisters and cousins. We made rakhi bracelets which would traditionally be given during Raksha Bandhan.
The children were given nine coloured jewels to put on their bracelet - 3 red, 3 green and 3 blue. The challenge was to place the jewels in a circle but ensure that no two colours are side by side. All of the class were able to work out a way of doing this and some even made a pattern. Excellent problem solving P2! 👌
