We had so much fun with Amanda from Jump Jiggle and Jive. We warmed up by stretching all our muscles. She brought lots of props for us to dance with. We had brightly coloured sticks for umbrella’s, spots on the floor for puddles, scarves and fluffy sticks. We had to listen to all the instructions and move with the music. We cooled down by lying very still and quietly listening to calm music. We were exhausted. Thank goodness it was snack time when we went back to the classroom 😊.
