What a fabulous morning! After a thorough warm up, Amanda kept us moving to lots of energetic music. We used rainbow rings, maracas and cuddly monkeys to dance with. We had a well earned cool down and rest to finish. We can’t wait to Jump, Jiggle and Jive again.
