As part of Maths Week, Barbara from Bricks4kids came to school. We had great fun learning how to share, take turns and collaborate together. We worked in pairs, one of us was 'the builder' and the other one was 'the seeker'- we swapped roles halfway through our instruction manual. We had to use lots of mathematical language and our knowledge of shape to find and position the lego pieces correctly. We made all sorts of models that linked into our people who help us topic. We also had time to build our own Lego models too.
