This week we have been learning about the life cycle of a butterfly.
We read the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle and also a similar ebook called The Cautious Caterpillar. We compared the similarities and differences.
Using pasta we retold the life cycle and added labels.
We also drew our favourite parts and added annotations using our sounds and tricky words to write sentences.
We have been learning the 'oo' sound, so we decorated our 'moon' with words containing the 'oo' sound.
