The children have planted their own beans, and we’ve lined them up along our classroom window sill to catch the best of the spring sunshine.
They are already checking their pots daily, eager to see those first green shoots peek through the soil. It’s a wonderful, hands-on way for them to observe the life cycle of a plant and learn exactly what’s needed to grow.
