We are enjoying lots of new festive activities during Play Based Learning. Today we enjoyed creating our own train tracks to help the elves move the toys around the North Pole, we also made super models of trees, puddings and snowmen using sparkly dough and painted amazing pictures using different sizes of brushes to add lots of details. In our Message Centre we explored a Christmas tray and used our sounds to write words and sentences to describe what we saw and we used lots of different construction toys to build sleighs and homes for Santa. Our Tuff Tray had different lengths of tinsel which we measured using lots of different objects and we then recorded the information on a chart. Lots of fun learning!
