The children in P1JC have been very busy during their language activity time. They have been
- focusing on our new sound ‘ng’ - the children had to pick a word from their picture board and then find the correct sounds to make the word e.g. b-a-ng
- writing their own independent sentences about a police picture using their sound knowledge and their tricky word cards.
- using whiteboards markers to write the CVC and CCVC sounds of the items in a 3D plastic box.
- using the iPads to reinforce their phonic knowledge.
