As part of our People Who Help Us Topic the children in P1JC dressed up as someone who helps us in the community. We had doctors, builders, bakers, vets, police, teachers, nurses, singers, barristers, chefs, army and people who make sure you’re happy. We had a circle time and had to guess the person who helps us. We went on a People Who Help Us Hunt outside, we had to listen carefully to the clues and find the correct picture in the playground. We made emergency vehicles out of junk materials and masking tape. We worked collaboratively in pairs to design our own town maps using pictures of places you would find people who help us. What a fun day ! 🥳
